Foxy will be unlocked after you complete the Five Nights at Freddy's level.
Role in the Story[]
In the Five Nights at Freddy's level Foxy acts as an enemy along with: Freddy, Bonnie and Chica. If the player isn't paying enough attention to pirate's cove, Foxy will charge out and chase the player around the pizzeria.
